About the role: The role holder is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers by responding to their queries in an effective and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver high quality customer service by answering customer enquiries promptly and politely with accurate and complete information and redirect them to appropriate individuals.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, outlining possible solutions, and ensuring that client\xe2\x80\x99s feel supported and valued.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, asking questions to confirm or clarify information and handling irate clients.
  • Inform and advise the customer about drug interactions, adverse effects, dosage, and appropriate medication storage.
  • Ensures understanding the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs by conducting necessary questioning and providing assistance when necessary.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Resolve client concerns to their satisfaction within the defined authority limits and escalate more complicated issues to responsible individuals when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes and developments to company\'s procedures and new policies.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
Job requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Pharmacy
  • License from: Dubai Health Authority
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a registered pharmacist in UAE.
