Call Center, Information Group Specialist

Job Description

:

  • Provision of technical support in English language to clients using the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s remote services,
  • Incoming call service in English language,
  • Making outgoing calls in English,
  • Written communication with foreign clients,
  • Provision of complex information to clients on banking services,
  • Identification of customer problems and presentation of solution proposals,
  • Ensuring indicators on incoming calls and written communication set by the bank,
  • Implementation of other works related to the telephone call center.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher education (students studying in higher education institutions will also be considered),
  • Excellent knowledge of English languages,
  • Relevant experience will be an advantage.
  • Computer knowledge,
  • Communication and teamwork skills,
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills,
  • Punctuality and a sense of responsibility,
  • Ability to work in different situations and quickly orientate,
  • Organizational skills.
