Job Description

\xe2\x80\x93 Taking the lead with bookings and proposals sent to sales via email,social media and telephone.
\xe2\x80\x93 Assisting the sales team in the reporting of daily activities and results.
\xe2\x80\x93 Managing incoming and outgoing calls.
\xe2\x80\x93 Take ownership of each inquiry and booking.
\xe2\x80\x93 Update trackers and generate reports.
\xe2\x80\x93 Interact comfortably with colleagues at all levels.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide support and information to the sales executives when required. Qualifications:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum of 1 year exposure to Guest Contact environment or call center background.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office suite.
\xe2\x80\x93 Exceptional telephone etiquette.
\xe2\x80\x93 Great organizational skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 An above average eye for detail.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to communicate in English language is mandatory.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to communicate in any extra of Russian, Ukrainian, Urdu or Arabic language
