Job Description

Qualifications:
Diploma/ Graduate degree is an advantage
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills (Arabic/ English )
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer service or BPO (freshers welcome)
Good verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to handle high-volume calls
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Candidates from the local area preferred
Immediate joiners are an added advantage
