Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information about services providing by the Company.
Ensure accurate documentation of all calls and follow-up actions
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle a fast-paced, environment.
Proficient in computer and call management systems

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
