Position: Call Center Executive (Medical Center)
Salary Range: AED 2,000 - AED 3,000 (Husband/Own Visa Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our reputable Medical Center . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide information about medical services, appointments, and promotions.
Follow up with patients for feedback, reminders, and follow-up consultations.
Achieve sales targets through effective telemarketing techniques.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Assist in resolving patient inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
Previous telemarketing/sales experience (Healthcare background is a plus).
Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have own visa or husband's visa.
