We're Hiring: Call Centre Agent (Full-Time)
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Provide accurate information and resolve issues on the first contact Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM Achieve daily/weekly call and satisfaction targets Represent the brand with empathy, confidence, and care
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Previous experience in customer service or call centres is a plus Positive attitude, patience, and a problem-solving mindset Ability to multitask and work under pressure
