Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system
Meet performance goals for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Education & Experience
:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Skills
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stay calm and professional during challenging calls
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (if applicable)
