Answer and follow up with customer inquiries received via phone or mobile app
Assist customers in scheduling pickups
Provide introductory information to new and prospective customers
Promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer
Create and update payment links
Resolve customer complaints and address order delays on the same day they are reported
Clear pending approvals, special care items, unidentified items, pending inspections, and tailor items--ensuring all are addressed by the operations team on the same day
Update complaint tracker and coordinate with the operations lead to ensure timely resolution
Ensure timely delivery of all strollers, car seats, and accessories
Call inactive customers (no orders for over a month), attempt to win them back, and report on outcomes to the manager
Complete all assigned tasks on the action tracker before the deadline
Convert marketing leads with a minimum conversion rate of 40%
