Job Description
As Call Center Agent, you'll handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, provide product or service information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed Maintain customer records and document interactions
Requirements:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Previous customer service experience preferred
