The main responsibility is to qualify leads before and after assignment by confirming key details such as buyer/seller/tenant status, contact information, potential interest, area/project preference, and budget (cash or mortgage). The role includes shift rotations, covering both night and day shifts, and handling incoming calls.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate (not limited to Dubai) with a strong understanding of lead qualification, CRM, and call center systems.
Excellent English communication and computer skills.
Requirements:
Personal laptop, headset, and a stable WiFi connection for VPN access to our AVAYA system.
