Call Center Agent -



We are looking for a motivated

Call Center Agent

to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and accurately Make outbound calls to follow up or offer support when necessary Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution Maintain customer records and update account information as needed Meet performance targets for call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
