We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, specifically in AC maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and general handyman services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries related to AC maintenance, electrical work, plumbing, and handyman services.

- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding service options, scheduling, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Assist customers in diagnosing issues over the phone and recommend appropriate solutions or service appointments.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions in the company's database.

- Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry standards, new products, and service techniques to provide the best support possible.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or handyman services is a plus.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role with a technical focus.

- Strong knowledge of AC maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and general handyman skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Proficient in using computer systems and call center software.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
