We are looking for
experienced Call Center Agents
to handlecustomer inquiries and order confirmations
for our fast-growing e-commerce business.The role involves managing
WhatsApp chats and phone calls
, converting inquiries into confirmed orders, and coordinating with our internal team.Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound customer inquiries
via WhatsApp and phoneConfirm orders
and update details in CRM Follow up with interested customers to close sales Maintain high conversion and customer satisfaction Coordinate with the team for smooth order processingJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
