Duties & responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. Efficiently take orders from customers over the phone, ensuring all necessary details are accurately captured. Confirm order details with the customer to ensure accuracy before forwarding the order for processing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to share information and resolve issues.
Knowledge of Seafood is advantage
Maintain CRM record preciselyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
