Calibration Certification Technician

Job Description

Job Purpose:



To perform calibration, testing, and certification of tools, instruments, and equipment as per industry standards and company procedures. Ensures accuracy, reliability, and compliance with ISO/technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform calibration of electrical, mechanical, pressure, temperature, and measurement instruments. Conduct inspections and testing as per standard operating procedures. Prepare and issue calibration certificates with complete documentation and traceability. Maintain calibration records, reports, and logs in the system. Ensure all tools and instruments meet industry standards (ISO/IEC 17025 or relevant). Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs if needed. Follow health, safety, and quality guidelines at all times. Support internal and external audits by providing required calibration records. Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of calibrated equipment. Assist in updating calibration procedures and improving processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field. Minimum 2-3 years experience in calibration and certification. Knowledge of calibration methods and measurement standards. Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements (preferred). Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
