Looking for an experienced senior cake decorator to join immediately.
Location: Dubai Hills
Salary: to be discussed as per experience
Should have the following qualities:
- Excellent command on making fondant toys and toppers for cake.
- Excellent command in making sculpted/carved and 3D cakes.
- should be able to fill and stack a cake.
- Should be able to work independently.
- should be able to cover a cake with fondant/buttercream and decorate as per customer needs.
- should be able to make sugar flowers, wafer paper flowers and all kinds of edible decorations.
- should be able to use different buttercream techniques.
- should be able to work with isomalt and other mediums used in cake decoration.
- should be organized and able to manage order completion on time.
- should be innovative to come up with new designs and themes for occasions.
- should be able to keep the work space clean and organized all the time.
You will be expected to assist in baking and other sections of the kitchen. Salary and benefits to be discussed with candidate as per experience and skill. This position is based in Dubai so we prefer candidates already working in Dubai cakeshops.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
