The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for artistic presentation, and hands-on experience in decorating cakes for various occasions, including birthdays, weddings, and corporate events. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, visually appealing cakes that meet both customer expectations and our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods using a variety of techniques such as piping, fondant work, airbrushing, and chocolate work
Customize cakes based on client requests, themes, or seasonal designs
Prepare frosting, fondant, fillings, and other decoration materials
Maintain consistency in quality, portion, and presentation
Collaborate with the baking team to plan and prepare daily orders
Ensure all decorated products are completed on time and meet food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station and tools
Keep up-to-date with trends in cake design and decorating techniques
