3D Cake Artist
Requirement:
With Minimum experience of 3+ Years
Ideal candidate should be experienced at the following:
Cake Decorating, making 3D Cakes, Customize Cakes, Shape Cakes, Special Cakes, Making Edible Figures such as characters, flowers etc. using Fondant, Gum-paste, Chocolate Garnishing, Fruit Garnishing, Fruit Carving, Baking and Pastries.
Role description
- Manage all mixing of colors for icings and make sugar paste ornaments.
- design cakes for various events such as weddings, birthdays, etc.
- decorate a cake from A-Z (includes cutting the cake, assembling the cake with fillings, covering with fondant, and creating detailed decoration)
- Create 3D fondant toppers with great detail
