Cafm Officer
Job Description
Advanced skills in MS Office applications especially MS Excel Experience in the front-end use and back-end configuration of a widely used CAFM software (e.g. Evolution, Maximo, Lattice etc.) FSI Concept Evolution preferred
Basic understanding of automated workflows, experience with Concept Evolution workflow module preferred.
Experience with relational-database systems (SQL Server preferred), report designers (Crystal Reports and Concept Reports preferred), and, at least, basic programming (familiarity with basic .NET syntax) is preferred.
Understanding of software lifecycle, and project management for any new developments and integrations related to CAFM
Basic troubleshooting of IIS application servers and SQL Server database servers required
Experience with MS Visio
Familiarity with Autodesk DWG Viewer and DWG Files, BIM models and IFC files preferred
Familiarity with basic SharePoint Administration preferred
Familiarity with Asset Management Systems (SPAN S4Assets preferred, barcoding and RFID solutions, Zebra printers and designers preferred
