CAFM Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a CAFM-related role within a Facilities Management, Maintenance, Property Management, of CAFM developer environment
- Proficiency in CAFM software (e.g., FSI, Maximo, Reflexion, Concept Evolution, or similar).
- Good knowledge of asset management, PPM scheduling, and work order processing
- Basic understanding of FM operations, MEP services, and HSE standards
