Cafe Operations Manager required for immediate hire. Cafe has more than 5 branches and needs a hands on manager who can handle all day to day operations. Skills required: Ability to manage a multi-national staff Flexible working hours Hardworking individual Ability to manage stock, suppliers, day to day operations Daily closing of all branches Working closely with the group accountant on financial data Hiring and training of staff Ability to manage caterings & events from A-Z Good communication skills to deal with customer complaints and catering requirements
