Role Overview:

As the Cafe Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations--overseeing everything from sales to staffing, ensuring smooth daily functions, and representing the brand across social media. You'll be entrusted with running the show when the owners are away and will play a key role in building a loyal customer base and growing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:Ensure efficient daily cafe operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, ordering supplies, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep. Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and schedule staff. Foster a positive and high-performing team culture. Act as the go-to person for support, guidance, and conflict resolution. Sales & Customer Experience:Drive sales through excellent customer service, upselling strategies, and maintaining high product standards. Monitor and report on KPIs. Social Media & Marketing:Manage and grow the cafe's social media presence. Create engaging content, respond to followers, and promote in-store campaigns to increase foot traffic and brand visibility. Financial Oversight:Monitor daily cash flow, manage POS systems, handle petty cash, and support basic bookkeeping/reporting. Leadership Presence:Take full ownership of the cafe in the absence of the owners. Make decisions with confidence, uphold brand standards, and ensure a smooth operation at all times.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a cafe, retail, or hospitality management role. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Passion for bubble tea and creating memorable guest experiences.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

Graphic design or basic photo/video editing for social media. Barista or beverage preparation experience. Experience with scheduling tools and inventory systems.
