The Cafe Administrator will be responsible for documentation, schedules, attendance records, operational checklists, and coordination between the service team and the kitchen.
Previous experience as a
Waiter / Waitress
is required to ensure a clear understanding of cafe service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Documentation
Maintain staff attendance and timesheets
Prepare and update staff schedules according to approved templates
Collect, organize, and submit daily operational reports
Maintain inventory checklists and documentation
Ensure all operational forms and records are properly completed and stored
Daily Operations Support
Monitor opening and closing checklists
Ensure staff compliance with internal rules, uniforms, and hygiene standards
Coordinate communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams
Support smooth shift handovers
Identify and report operational issues to management
Floor & Service Support
Assist the service team during peak hours if needed
Ensure service standards are followed
Support the team with organization and structure on the floor
Requirements
Previous experience as a
Waiter / Waitress
(mandatory)
Experience in cafe or restaurant administration is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of POS systems and reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and responsibility
