Position Title: Cafxc3xa9 Head Baker (Pre-opening)

Develop, test, and perfect a diverse range of baked goods, including artisan breads, viennoiserie, cakes, pastries, and specialty items.
Lead daily bakery operations, ensuring timely production and efficient workflow and supervise all stages of baking, from mixing and proofing to baking and finishing, maintaining consistent quality.
Hire, train, and guide bakers, pastry chefs, and staff to build a strong team and hold regular training to improve traditional and modern baking skills.
Manage ingredient sourcing and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimal waste; Work closely with procurement to source high-quality ingredients at the best prices.
