Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality hospitality and counter presentation standards throughout operating hours.
• Use the Ready-to-Trade and product checklists to ensure opening standards are met and maintained.
• Display and replenish products according to visual and merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all counters, seating areas, and equipment under "Clean As You Go" principles.
• Identify and report equipment faults or maintenance needs.
• Educate customers about product features, offers, nutritional details, and pairing suggestions.
• Promote and upsell menu items, special offers, and new products to drive sales.
• Support customers with special orders, takeaway requests, and other services.
• Conduct product tastings and sampling sessions where applicable.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily counts, proper waste recording, and timely system updates.
• Adhere to cold chain, food temperature, and expiry control processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Monitor and maintain safe working conditions for both customers and staff.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in food and beverage service or retail food operations.
• Knowledge of F&B hygiene standards with valid food safety certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
