About the Client:

- Responsible for the presentation and preparation of the driving range, short game area, members range, golf carts, bag drop, bag storage and cart well.
- Responsible for managing member & guest expectations with regards to; lateness, no shows, squeeze in tee times and any other special requirements that may arise.
- To ensure the availability of range balls and that they are maintained in a presentable condition by being washed after each range ball pick.
- To aid members & guests with the transportation of their golf bags, assigning them to range bays, providing them with golf carts etc. ensuring the highest of service standards can be reached.
