Builds and repairs dental appliances.
Makes crowns and bridges, full and partial dentures, dental implants, mouthguards, orthodontics, and other dental appliances.
Uses common dental lab tools, including porcelain ovens and furnaces, pinning equipment, and lathes.
Uses common computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), prescriptions, and dental impressions.
Collaborates with dentists, orthodontists, and other dental lab technicians.
Adheres to lab processes and procedures and industry standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Certified Dental Technician (CDT).
At least 5 years of dental lab technician experience in UAE is preferred.
