This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting
Create
2D technical drawings
and
3D visualizations
for exhibition stands, retail spaces, and interior fit-out projects.
Develop detailed
floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings
based on project requirements.
Ensure designs align with client specifications, branding guidelines, and space utilization principles.
Modify and update designs based on feedback from clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
Project Coordination
Work closely with project managers, production teams, and vendors to ensure accurate execution.
Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other technicians to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct site visits and
measurements
to validate designs before production and installation.
Prepare
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
and material specifications for project execution.
Software & Tools Utilization
Proficiently use
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software
.
Generate
high-quality 3D renders
and presentations for client approvals.
Maintain and organize a library of design templates, materials, and references.
