Our Company is a dynamic and growing [Architecture Firm, Design Studio, Interior Design Company, etc.] dedicated to creating innovative and stunning spaces. We are seeking a talented and versatile CAD Designer & 3D Visualization Specialist to join our creative team.

In this role, you will be the bridge between conceptual design and photorealistic visualization. You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, developing immersive 3D models, and creating high-quality renderings that bring our design concepts to life for our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed and accurate 2D construction drawings, floor plans, and elevations using

AutoCAD

. Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, architectural elements, and custom furniture from concept sketches and design briefs. Generate photorealistic 3D renderings and animations that accurately represent materials, lighting, and spatial ambiance. Collaborate closely with the interior design team to ensure all models and drawings align with the design intent, material selections, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications. Prepare and modify presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain and organize digital project files, including CAD blocks, material libraries, and rendering assets.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven professional experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD

is mandatory. Strong proficiency in a leading 3D modeling software such as

SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Blender

. Expertise in a rendering engine such as

V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, or Lumion

. A strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in

interior design

, technical drafting, 3D modeling, and photorealistic rendering. Solid understanding of spatial relationships, interior design principles, and architectural standards. Keen eye for detail, materials, lighting, and composition. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience with

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, InDesign) for post-production and presentation layouts. Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and millwork detailing. Experience with

Revit

.
