To be confirmedKey Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural shop drawing grade layouts, sections, elevations, schedules, and update drawings as design evolves. Work across multiple types of architectural projects (residential villas, commercial buildings, institutional projects) - aligned with AH Asociados's project portfolio. Coordinate with MEP / structural consultants to ensure drawings are properly referenced and clash-free. Keep and update project CAD libraries, blocks, templates and standards up-to-date and share across the team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in technical drafting, architecture or similar. Minimum 5 years of experience as a CAD architectural draftsman in Qatar or GCC region preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD; Excellent CAD drafting accuracy, layering discipline, file-management skills. Sketchup and Revit/BIM, as well as rendering engines such as Enscape and Lumion is a strong plus. Strong understanding of architectural drawing conventions, detailing, building regulations in Qatar (e.g., civil, structural, MEP coordination). Good communication skills; ability to collaborate with multi-discipline teams. Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain high standards.
