Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts and designs.
Coordinate with architects, engineers and project managers.
Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes and company standards.
Handle revisions and updates to drawings as per client or consultant feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant drafting software.
Valid
UAE Driving License
(mandatory).
Good understanding of local authority submission requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Immediate availability
to join.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
