Location: Multiple Offshore Locations (including Middle East & Taiwan)

We are seeking an experienced Cable Laying Supervisor to support our offshore EPC/EPCI projects across various international locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offshore construction with specific expertise in Subsea Marine, Jacket Installation, Topside, Cable & Pipeline, and Hook-up activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate offshore cable laying operations.
Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in compliance with project specifications.
Work closely with project engineers, vessel crew, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.
Monitor installation activities including pre-lay surveys, pull-ins, terminations, and testing.
Support interface management across disciplines and contractors.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of offshore Oil & Gas industry experience.
Proven track record in cable laying and related offshore construction activities.
Strong knowledge of EPCI project environments and international offshore standards.
