Job Description

Installation Supervision:

- Oversee

cable pulling

operations, ensuring correct routing, handling, and protection of cables.

- Supervise

cable termination

activities for Signalling systems, ensuring proper connections and adherence to standards.

- Monitor and coordinate

cable testing

procedures (e.g., insulation resistance, continuity, ..) and ensure documentation is completed.

- Ensure proper installation and alignment of

marker boards,

Connection Boxes

and

signal

systems as per design drawings.

- Coordinate with testing and commissioning teams to support Signalling system readiness.

Civil Installation Supervision:

- Supervise the installation of

small foundations

for Marker Board, signal posts, and other related infrastructure.

- Ensure civil works are executed according to approved drawings and quality standards.

Site Coordination & Safety:

- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of works.

- Enforce

site safety protocols

and ensure all activities comply with HSE regulations.

- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain progress reports.

- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation supervision, preferably in infrastructure or industrial projects.

- Strong knowledge of Cabling works, electrical standards, installation practices, and testing procedures.

- Familiarity with minor civil works related to electrical installations.

- Preferably Railway experience (Signalling).

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.

- Good communication and reporting abilities.

- Proficient in reading technical drawings and installation manuals.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management.
