C++ Tech Lead - Cloud Gaming | Dubai (Remote/Hybrid)
We're hiring a
C++ Tech Lead
to join a cutting-edge AI-powered cloud gaming platform based in Dubai. You'll be a hands-on Tech Lead with experience of managing small, distributed teams. You will be leading a team who are working on Leading Edge, low-latency streaming tech, real-time video pipelines, GPU acceleration, and system-level C++ services across Windows and Linux.The role is Hybrid remote (2-3 days in the office) so will require candidates to be based in Dubai. Our client offers assistance with relocation plus Visa and Medical cover for candidates who are relocating to the UAE.
What You'll Do:
Develop and optimize cross-platform C++ services Build real-time video/audio streaming systems (NVENC, WASAPI, WebRTC) Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices Collaborate across DevOps, QA, and frontend teams
What We're Looking For:
Highly experienced C++ Developer. Experienced team leader Strong C++17/20 knowledge Experience with system-level programming (WinRT, COM, Linux Syscalls) Familiarity with WebRTC, low-latency streaming, and GPU-based processing Proactive, problem-solving mindset
