We're Hiring: Tech Lead .NET (Forex Industry)
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Tech
Are you a seasoned .NET developer with a passion for high-performance systems and fintech innovation? Join our team as a Tech Lead - .NET and take ownership of building scalable trading and back-office platforms in the fast-paced Forex space.
What You'll Do:
Lead development of mission-critical Forex systems (.NET Core, C#)
Architect low-latency, high-availability backend services
Integrate with FIX protocol, LPs, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader)
Guide a team of developers and enforce engineering best practices
Ensure security, performance, and compliance (MiFID II, GDPR, etc.)
? What We're Looking For:
7+ years in .NET development, 2+ years in a tech lead role
Experience with financial systems or trading platforms
Strong in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, multithreading, and REST APIs
Familiarity with FIX protocol, cloud (Azure), and real-time data
Bonus: Frontend experience (React/Angular), DevOps, or OMS background
