Your Role

As a WMS Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Blue Yonder WMS. Your tasks include configuring the WMS, supporting integrations, testing functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and training key users.



Key Responsibilities



Support the implementation teams with all tasks related to customer implementation projects within WMS. These include (but are not limited to) tuning requirements, configuration of BY WMS, drafting specifications for developments (interfaces, labels, and forms), testing solutions, training key users, Go-Live migration tasks, and resolution of incidents (troubleshooting). Provide advice to solution design during the sales process, ensuring feasibility and alignment with WMS standards. Participate in design sessions with the customer and other disciplines such as logistics engineers, operations, others, to capture requirements and provide a detailed WMS solution design. Support similar business projects such as process improvements and (customer) change requests. Provide solutions within the configuration possibilities of BY WMS and challenge stakeholders to accept configurable solutions. If not possible (or significantly inefficient), define developments for extensions in consultation with other WMS experts (Solution Architects and Design Authority). Ensure solutions maximize the available WMS solution standards and advocate for configurable solutions. Act as second-line support for incidents and change requests.






WHAT YOU BRING

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, IT, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience. Experience in WMS systems BlueYonder implementation and upgrade projects and support. Proven experience with integration projects for customers, with the responsibility to configure WMS. Knowledge of SQL, and experience in developing with reporting / labels tools is a plus English and Turkish Speaking
