Based on the annual sales plan, plan the product structure and yearly/seasonal/monthly strategies for the assigned category; develop themed marketing campaigns, promote new product launches, and follow through on the execution of merchandise plans. Manage and maintain the product information database; organize and categorize product data, and compile the business inventory list for the assigned category. Analyze consumer preferences; take charge of new product selection and be accountable for the sales performance and turnover rate of the assigned category. Stay informed about industry trends and market developments; continuously explore market opportunities for related domestic and international categories/products, and deliver market research and new product proposals. Respond quickly to sales data and consumer trends; forecast sales dynamics of bestsellers and slow-moving items, and formulate replenishment and clearance plans. Conduct regular store visits and communicate with sales teams about product issues; collaborate on solutions and prepare store visit reports. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in Statistics, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields preferred. Good command of English, with no significant barriers to communication with foreign colleagues. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing tools. Passionate about fashion, with strong sensitivity to market dynamics and fashion trends. Possess product innovation and marketing awareness; able to think creatively and propose new ideas; highly sensitive to market trends in the consumer sector with strong analytical skills. Patient, detail-oriented, self-driven, resilient under pressure, and effective in communication. Prior experience (1 year or more) in merchandise planning, product development, or buying in the retail industry is preferred.
