in Abu Dhabi - UAE.

Accountabilities of the role to be performed

Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and confirmations. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies. Communicate with suppliers for basic inquiries such as quotations, lead times, and order confirmations. Support in maintaining up-to-date supplier records and databases. Maintain procurement records, pricing databases, and contract files. Assist in generating reports (e.g., spend analysis, delivery performance). Ensure procurement activities align with company policies and regulatory requirements. Help with documentation required for audits and internal reviews. Support evaluation of supplier submissions under guidance. Liaise with internal teams like engineering, finance, and logistics to understand requirements and support procurement activities. Help track and follow up on internal approvals. Identify and suggest areas for improvement in procurement processes. Stay informed on industry trends.
