Job Description

Areas of responsibility



Procurement

? Handle procurement requests and prioritize requirements based on urgency (regrouping orders based

on volumes)

? Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completion, required approvals, and contract compliance.

? Address inquiries on missing items / order status of products from internal customers.

? Place purchase orders into the information system.

? Ensure order accuracy, ship method, payment terms, etc.

? Maintain correct pricing on item files, orders, shipments, and specifications.

? Ensure the Group's rules, health, safety & sustainable development policies and ethical standards

(internal and external) are applied throughout the Procurement process.

? Manage vendor creation within information system.

? Review document compliance prior to purchase order issuance.

? Manage purchase order approval process, according to approved delegation of authority.

? Review and understand all contracts and agreements.

? Help internal clients to ensure suppliers perform their obligations including timely deliveries.

? Resolve discrepancies related to procurement / pricing issues. Manage disputes (receipt, invoicing).

? Interact with suppliers to resolve transactional issues on a daily basis.

? Lead invoicing and payments in coordination with accounts team. Interface with accounts payable for

payment or other issues relating to suppliers.

? Structure regular communications with requesters on procurement and logistics matters.

? Facilitate the correct use of tools.

Logistics Management



? Manage logistics shipment process for all incoming and outgoing spare parts under long term contracts.

? Prepare and review export shipping documentations for parts to be shipped (including Shipping Invoice,

Packing Lists, and all related documents for export purpose)

? Interact with third party logistics service providers on all shipments.

? Validate supplier invoices to support the accounts department in releasing payments on time.

? Report any defective or damaged shipments prior to re-export.

? Verify accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and types.

? Inspect parts before dispatch based on requirement and address all customs queries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Diploma (Preferred)
Language:

English, Hindi (Preferred)
