Job Overview
As a Butler (Night) at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, you will act as the primary point of contact for overnight guests, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience across all touchpoints. This night hospitality role in Dubai involves guest service, communication, and coordination with hotel departments to meet complex and personalized requests.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary guest liaison during night hours, delivering prompt, courteous, and discreet service
• Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled by liaising efficiently with relevant hotel departments
• Welcome guests and visitors warmly at any hour and escort them as needed
• Handle general guest inquiries, promote hotel amenities, and upsell restaurants or services
• Conduct property and room orientations for late-arriving visitors
• Maintain the highest level of attention to guest needs, including discreet overnight service

Job Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of butler or guest-facing experience in a luxury 5-star property
• Exposure to F and B operations is a plus
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills with a professional attitude
• Willingness to work exclusively night shifts
