Job Overview
The Butler will serve as the primary liaison between guests and all departments to ensure seamless service delivery. This guest-facing role involves handling everything from warm welcomes and hotel orientation to assisting with personalized requests, promoting resort offerings, and ensuring guest satisfaction at every step. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for guests and coordinate with all departments to fulfill requests
• Extend professional, courteous, and personalized service at all times
• Welcome and escort guests upon arrival and during their stay
• Identify and respond proactively to guest needs
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and events
• Upsell restaurants, spa, and hotel facilities to enhance guest experience
• Conduct room orientation and resort show-arounds for visitors and guests

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel
• Background in F and B operations is preferred
• Proficient in English; additional languages such as Russian or other European languages are a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Opera PMS Cloud, HotSoS, and Sevenrooms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
