Job Description

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Meat Preparation:

Cutting, and trimming various cuts of meat, and preparing special orders like ground meat or sausages to meet customer specifications.

Product Handling:

Weighing, packaging, and labeling meat products for display and sale.

Stock Management:

Receiving and inspecting incoming meat deliveries, and storing them correctly in cold storage.

Quality Control:

Ensuring the freshness, quality, and safety of all meat products.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
