Cut, trim, bone, and portion different types of meat and poultry as per kitchen requirements.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all meat products to maintain freshness and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in requisitioning supplies when needed.
Work closely with the chefs and kitchen team to meet production and catering order timelines.
Comply with company QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in catering, hotel, or large-scale kitchen operations.
Knowledge of meat cuts, trimming techniques, and food safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene standards.
Basic understanding of Arabic or English or Hindi preferred.
