Business Development Manager (Dubai with frequent KSA travel)
30-50,000 AED/Month (dependent on experience)

Our client, a multi-disciplinary design firm, are seeking a business development manager to be a pivotal player in driving their business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, building robust client relationship and actively collaborating with business partners to advance their market strategy and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic business development \xe2\x80\x93 actively leading the business development initiatives in Dubai and KSA to identify new opportunities, set goals and developing actionable plans.
- Professional network expansion \xe2\x80\x93 enhancing the firm\xe2\x80\x99s reach and reputation by leveraging networks to forge new relationships and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Growth strategy development \xe2\x80\x93 formulate and execute a growth strategy to build long-term relationships..
- Proposal management \xe2\x80\x93 RFP analysis, assessing scope, requirement and feasibility to develop detailed RFP summaries.
- Very strong middle east market experience and contacts. The role will be based in Dubai with frequent travel to KSA. A network in both locations is essential.
- Fluent in Arabic
- Proven ability to effectively execute business development plans for international markets with a focus on growth and expansion initiatives.
- Extensive experience in an architecture company or similar fields such as construction, development, city planning etc.
