Job Description
Cyberia is a consulting and technical assistance company founded in 2022, aiming to deliver to its international clients expert solutions in the fields of IT, Energy and Engineering. Cyberia has currently operations in UAE, China and Russia. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Unit Manager plays a fundamental role in our company. BUM is responsible for driving the performance and behavior standards across the Business Unit. We are looking for a charismatic leader who will manage and coach the local team as well as propel relationships with key customers and consultants in the region. Your challenges
- Provide leadership to the team (Junior sales, HR, talent acquisition) through mentoring and coaching
- Motivate team to achieve excellent results and meet KPIs
- Define business plan & development strategy on a local (U.A.E.) and broader level (Middle East)
- Perform motivation actions and coach/verify the quality of performance
- Forecast business development activities for prospects and existing customers (IT/Energy/Engineering field)
- Establish, develop, and maintain a relationship with prospects and customers (IT/Energy/Engineering field)
- Contribute to the consultant\xe2\x80\x99s selection process
- Monitor projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and consultants development
- Manage profitability
- Broad experience in sales preferably in Engineering/Consulting/Services (at least 5 years)
- Wide experience in team management (at least 2 years)
- MSc or MBA with strong technical understanding of IT/ Energy/ Engineering fields
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and result-oriented
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong reporting, organizational and time management skills
- Fluent English both spoken & written
- Arabic or Russian is a plus
- Experience living abroad is advantageous.
- Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
