Understand client travel requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
Handle bookings via phone, email, chat, and travel booking platforms (GDS or B2B portals).
Provide information on travel regulations, passport/visa requirements, currency, weather, customs, etc.
Process payments, issue tickets, vouchers, and confirmations.
Requirements
:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in a travel consultant or agent role preferred.
Proficiency in using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and/or B2B booking engines.
Strong destination and product knowledge (hotels, tours, airlines).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
