What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons at GCSE and/or A Level in line with the school's curriculum standards
• Incorporate innovative and inquiry-driven teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, share best practices, and support curriculum continuity
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes integrity, empathy, and fortitude
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, ensuring teaching methods meet individual learning needs
• Engage in the school's extracurricular programme and community-based events to enrich student experiences
• Participate in professional development programs to remain at the forefront of global educational best practices
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress and development

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related subject with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Proven experience teaching Business at GCSE and/or A Level, preferably in a British curriculum school
• Strong commitment to reflective practice, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Creative, enthusiastic approach with excellent classroom management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
• A track record of delivering exceptional learning and fostering academic excellence
