Business Systems & Data Analyst (Operations & Production)
to support, enhance, and integrate our internal systems used for production and operational management. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who can bridge business operations with system automation, data analytics, and API integrations.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and operations teams to improve system efficiency, implement integrations, and provide actionable insights through data.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Automation
Manage, optimize, and enhance Airtable bases used for production and operations
Design and implement system automations and workflows
Integrate internal systems with third-party platforms using APIs and webhooks
Support system implementation, upgrades, and documentation
Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze operational and production data to identify trends and inefficiencies
Build dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management
Ensure data accuracy, structure, and consistency across systems
Operations Support
Translate operational requirements into technical system solutions
Map and improve production and operational processes
Support users with system adoption, training, and troubleshooting
General
Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures
Ensure data security and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as required
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
2-5 years of experience in systems analysis, data analytics, or automation roles
Technical Skills
Strong experience with Airtable (advanced formulas, automations, interfaces)
Programming or scripting experience (Python and/or JavaScript preferred)
Experience with API integrations, REST APIs, and webhooks
Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, SQL, dashboards, BI tools)
Experience in system implementation or digital transformation projects
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand business and production workflows
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred (Advantage)
Experience in manufacturing, production, or operations environments
Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems
UAE experience is an advantage
