ROLE SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence / Data Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to building and managing organizational reports and analytics. This includes developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, data cubes, and the data warehouse. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to address reporting and data-related needs, experience with enterprise data tools, and the ability to work proactively with stakeholders.
ROLE PROFILE

• Proven experience in data analysis and mining using SQL and DAX
• Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and managing data integration workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with strong analytical thinking
• Knowledge of data warehousing, reporting infrastructure, and data governance best practices
• Exposure to big data tools (e.g., Kafka, S3, Python) and experience analyzing consumer datasets (e.g., segmentation, CLV, loyalty) is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in analytics, BI, or similar roles
• Familiarity with product analytics, including GA datasets and app funnel reporting
• Ability to derive and present actionable insights through effective visualizations
• Strong understanding of BI concepts, with the ability to communicate them to varied audiences
• Experience in data modeling, metadata structures, and working with BI/ERP systems is preferred
